| Be aware of your mood. Select either a color or a given
emotion from the pull down list below. Click "zone out" and a
color will appear for your 2 minute meditation.
As you gaze into a color, draw the color into your body with
your eyes. Allow the color to become you and feel a tuning within.
At the completion of your 2 minute meditation a message
will be displayed at the bottom of the page. It will prompt you to
slide up a color bar. Two data entry boxes will be revealed. One
for your email address, one for your emotions and feelings.
